Can't believe you covered this oldie, I have it on a DVD box set. Ok, this is early 90s, but "Dead Alive" is ridiculously funny and one of the goriest films (arguably) ever. Directed by Peter Jackson. I highly recommend it. I can list a ton more but don't want to flood you guys. But I'll mention "Young Frankenstein" and "Repossessed" both are spoofs of Frankenstein and the exorcist.
