- I've just spent three wonderful days with Bill & Gloria Gaither. They were in Plano, TX until Sunday then flew down to Houston to be with me. We ate, went to the theater, sat on the back porch and drank a lot of coffee. Here is a video of our trip to the airport for their trip home.

Loved them from the womb. Listened to trio with Gloria's brother and amy, I'm a promise, gaither band, sandy patti and mark, all of marks comedy, the homecomings (on tapes, CD, youtube, never in person)...Finally at age 42, I got to meet Mark Lowry last night. Happy happy time! Best bucket list wish ever!

I find it very hard to describe how much I love these people. I wish I Could've been right in the middle of those Gaither videos. IT looked like every one was having so much fun. I always wished that I Knew how Bill could've gotten all of those Homecoming videos together.
God has Bill's early works saved, no worries, we'll all get to enjoy them someday:)

“Terminal” is actually one of my favourite words,........because it means no more disabled struggling old body.....& the BEYOND glorious joy of stepping into Jesus’ loving arms as perfect as He is, as a result of the shedding of His redeeming blood, by God’s grace!! ❤️ I can NEVER EVER DESERVE Jesus taking my place on that cross!! I can NEVER EVER DESERVE His forgiveness!! Jesus sacrificed His life on that cross, after being mocked & spit upon & brutalized, because He LOVES me!! I’m very eager to step into His arms & see the unconditional love in His eyes! YES!! Bring that “terminal” ON please!!! ❤️

I grew up on Hee-Haw, and Ma and Pa Kettle movies. Nothing can make me laugh now like Beverly Hillbillies and Duck Dynasty. Thanks for sharing this!
You all mentioning the song that the Lord used to help me through a difficult time in my life. My mother had passed away, and I had felt so hurt during that time. Not hurt at God, but just hurt in my heart from losing her in this life. I played the song It Won't Rain Always over and over. It was like a healing salve poured over my heart and my emotions. Weeping endures for the night, but joy comes in the morning. Bless you all.
Look how the tables have turned! now our generation is recording Bill Gaither's generation and listening to the tale of his pass.You know how a lot of people dream of meeting their idols, well I have dreamed most of my life of meeting Ms. Gloria and Mr. Bill Gaither. For me this would have been a real dream come true.
