If we use clay pot directly for cooking it will absorb the taste and texture of the food we are cooking in it , which most probably going to ruin our next cooking. That’s we should always do proper oiling before using it for cooking.
i did this, added oil and jeera and started heating it to add the onions, and it burst and broke. No, i did not add cold oil in a hot heated pan because I do know that temperature difference causes pressure to break, but i did exactly what you are doing and it still broke! :(
Everything is good but using plastic ladle was not good. plastic was melted immediately and merged. So pls i suggesting u next time onwards don't use plastic.....👍

Don't use soap or any washing powder for clay pot because clay pot have micro holes if you use soap or washing powder it will deposit in the hole and directly enter to the body while cooking, so don't use soap, use lemon and salt....
@@cookwithshefali3368people need to be careful when they hear mustard oil because there are synthetic mustard oils out there that are not the real thing and should not go in the mouth I should not be used on the body or skin as it will not have the same benefits

Where is the plastic bowl. I try not to use plastic. Those are all ceramic 😊. And spatula is silicon
I use baking soda and scrub it with a natural coconut coir scrub brush, works great
There are chemicals added to clay pots as well.

This is made out of chemical mitti. Not good to use. Use pure mitti vessels which might not be that smooth and accurate in shape

Yes first I soaked it in water for about 24 hrs and then dry it & oil it mustard oil (any oil is fine) and then baked at 375-400 F for 15-20 mins.
