As someone who is in the Air Force, I found this event to be half hilarious and also half worried. I was deployed when this happened, and I was checking to see what would happen. Glad to see it went well. Also you have such a great voice and you make very nice commentary. I think you'd really love his Hole video. I'd be careful if you have claustrophobia though

To give some people some context on why the military took the threat of the raid seriously, most military procedure and documentation state that if there is a "clear and direct threat" the military needs to have a response ready. I know this to be true from my time in the Navy. How each branch reacts to the situation would be different.
Yeah I mean, people are making fun of them for preparing and taking it seriously but if something had happened and they hadn't prepared and taken it seriously it would be far worse.
Lets be glad that things didn't go south. Some people are just dumb enough to believe that Naruto running would make you move faster, but in reality, not only does it do nothing to your speed, it makes you more likely to trip over and land on your face. If a shootout did happen and these people used the Naruto run to dodge and get away from danger, then all of them would be dead within a few steps.

It wouldn’t surprise me given the timeframe and description of aircraft if it didn’t actually start as a place to test alien aircraft, but alien as in foreign. The germans in WW2 were making some really wacky aircraft that we would have access to after the war, definitely worth studying

Regarding the lawsuit at 14:00 . The federal government on federal land does not have to obey the state law regarding what you can and cannot do. States can't do jack on federal land. In fact, due to the secrecy of the base, they don't even have to follow Federal OSHA. It is not like the inspectors know it exists to inspect it.

there's a few reasons why: 1. it started attracting very young minors to my streams who often didn't follow stream rules or act appropriately to me and chatters. 2. it also started attracting lolicons that said inappropriate, 18+ things to me in chat, because i had a loli model. 3. those two above reasons are a really bad combination. for the comfort and safety of me and my fans, i needed a change. 4. the model is cute, but i'm more than that, and wanted a model that represented me better. i feel more like an adult now. 5. it's people that didn't fit in, just as much as i didn't, that supported me and allowed me to be the content creator i am today. i wanted a model that symbolized my journey, and my community, to pay homage to my roots. i never want to forget them. that's why i'm a black sheep now! i want people to know, if they don't fit in elsewhere, perhaps they can find a place for themselves here, with our community. i don't mind bringing back loli-lila for special events, but given what i've experienced, i think it would be irresponsible of me to stream with a beautiful model at the expense of me and my audience's wellbeing. i can easily ignore online comments, but many of my fans aren't used to online judgement and are effected, it's more work for my mods to weed out those people, and i'd feel horrible if a young fan in my audience was targeted by someone with inappropriate intentions. i also feel happier with my current model. it's refreshingly different. that's what i hope to bring to the vtuber and online communities. i totally understand why some people miss her though! loli-lila will always be a part of me, never forgotten or abandoned... she's still here. i'm just protecting her. ❤

i think the main reason why this event is so fun is because the actual security guards were not assholes to the people at the gate. they could have gone full riot control and pepper spray and mass arrest people but they let the people just hang out outside the gate as long as they didnt try to actually storm in.
With something like this a contract would be difficult to enforce in court anyways so it would be useless to get one aside from the social assurances.
