We never saw it but perhaps it's safe to say that there is a sage mode for the slugs just like the other summons of the legendary sannins , coz the slug also resides in another place , if Sakura were a boy/ if a male had access to the slugs , we would have prolly seen it by now . But ngl , ion think it's actually gonna be attractive coz it would prolly be slimy af . And yea , 2nd Byakugo seal doens't exist but I guess they meant it like her own jutsu ( or another variant of it) , which gives access to even better abilities , coz she had read so many books and scrolls that I find it astonishing that she didn't have a technique of her own ( perhaps sakura impact is countable here ) , given her intelligence but she prolly didn't coz it takes up a lot of chakra to achieve the Yin Seal
