If you have filter that comes along with the machine you can use that otherwise you can use the paper filter as shown in the video

Hi! I saw another video of a very similar machine, where the person did not use any paper filter at all. He directly put 2/3 spoons full of coffee powder into the net basket. Have you tried that?
Eleena Sanyal I wouldn't suggest that method. Because the sole purpose of the paper filter is to collect the sediments and give you a fine brew as output. And I can't imagine the pain of cleaning the machine with that technique too.
Maybe the machine has a reusable filter like mine.

No i think we cannot re-heat the coffee.

The Philips coffee maker purchased from Amazon is made in China and though looks good is of inferior material quality. I wonder how long it works!…it is a flimsy unit not like the other Philips products available and made in India. Your comments solicited.

we have to use ground coffee powder.If you use freshly grounded coffee powder the flavour of your coffee will be good
SmartMommyKitchen yeah! I have a lot of coffee beans in my kitchen and i don’t grind them in advance. I grind them just before making a cup of coffee. It gives nice aroma to my coffee as all the oils are intact in beans. I used to make coffee with beans by boiling the powder in water but now i’m looking for a coffee making machine. Plus don’t throw away the residual coffee powder, you can use them to wash greasy dishes, use as scrub on face and can use as hair mask also.
can I let cool down then add ice to my brew making it a cold brew?
Cold brew is completely different, you will be making a iced coffee
Cold brew is different that this. In cold brew, you let the coffee brew in cold water for atleast 12 hours.

I just bought the caffe Machine and i did the same way that you did but it tasted like a machine or burned plastic

What is the ratio for coffee bean and water for this type of machine ?
Around +/- 3 tablespoons coffee to 350 ml water. This should be perfect for 2 cups of coffee.

yes, its reheatable just press the button and it will heat up, no need to refill it with water, if you just gonna reheat it
I make my coffee by immersion and using channi lol. Don't like pour over and don't have patience to wash french press. But good video!

Isko bina milk and sugar ke hi drink best hai. Milk and sugar se coffee ka asli mazaa kharaab ho jata hai. Starting me kadwa lagega, lekin dheere dheere aadat ho jayegi

Around 20 grams of coffee (+/- 3 tablespoons, depending on the size of your spoon) to 350 ml water. This should be perfect for 2 cups of coffee.

@@prabhasjain2868 yeah sure! The coffee I described is just regular black coffee. You can add as much (hot) milk as you like until you find your coffee perfect for you!

@@prabhasjain2868 don't do that if you are using a coffee maker. The milk will get stuck and go bad in a few weeks. You can't clean it, it's only meant for water. What you CAN do is mixing instant coffee/coffee essence with hot milk in a cup. :)

Abhishek Vishwakarma freshly grounded coffee beans is the best mix. But U can get grounded coffee in stores aka filter coffee powder. You can't use instant because that would defeat the purpose of drip coffee, as instant is readily soluble in water or milk and can't be brewed.

Won't work. Tea brews slowly so immersion is needed not pouring. If you grind your tea very fine maybe will get something better but the grinding will kill a lot of aroma.

yes you have to use a filter paper.

Don't understand what's the point of this machine. Just get hot water in a cup, put one/two spoon coffee and stir it with spoon . This is such a waste!!

This machine doesn't have a steamer. If you like to have coffee with milk you have steam the milk seperately.
