@@Sankhokun any particular reason like lack of jobs or was just because of their personal interests
@@pranav3041 current ai jobs asks for a masters atleast and some experience (as far as I know)
@@pranav3041 although I am not related to this field now but in future I think the reason is Indian tech market is majorly software engineer and it jobs.Otherwise see that people get into iit in different branches but learned coding because that market is not available (example of semiconductor industry where a major development need to set up that field) this is my opinion.

Being a guy who has no idea about tech , this video is all i needed to have a superficial knowledge about software development
the thing is, once you get to a certain point, you dont do any software coding or even look at production code, you are so high up in management you get tasks that you assign to people below you to pass it on down till you get the actual coder down for the job to be done... all you do is maintain a checklist at that point to check off your tasks under your "team"
so which is good a coder or a higher manager
@@VivekKumar-ec3vc a higher manager ofc since you don't get to do anything but just make sure that the staff is doing stuff properly and that you don't forget to assign tasks. the only problem you might get is dealing with pending work that your team hasn't done and you take the blame for it. just have a friendly relationship with your team workers and you get to live a happy life

I don’t appreciate you just saying that us, software engineers are just limited to the Web Development and DevOps. There are a ton of other areas (which I assume you know) such as Compiler engineers, OS engineers, Systems engineers, Network engineers, Architectural engineers and so on. Is there a reason why you just limited to web development?
He is targeting beginners, and beginners are familiar with the terms and examples he's using. That might be the reason he's explaining things that way

If people are told that software engineering just revolves around Web Development, people will start believing only that.
