I ride a Meta HT AM Ride Maxxis 27,5 and everytime i love it to play with. Its a great and robust hardtail and you can go where ever you want. Great Ride
I am relating to you so much, seems like we like the same type of riding and same type of bike (I also own this frame and colour). I know your frame is probably sold but you should do some more hardtail content. Hope to see more videos from you. Good luck with everything in life ! Wish you health !
Trail conditions can be so funny man. Here in Queensland it's super dry and dusty 90% of the time and it's sick. But in the wet I am so hesitant on rocks and roots. You guys up there seem the opposite haha Loving the content mate, keep it rolling! And no ads? You are a superstar!
Great to see you're back on the META! Your videos definitely helped me a lot to decide for the META HT 2020 back then haha. Awesome bike. Would love to try out the Clash some time though
We just started to ride here in QC...I'm just starting to get a hang of that HT...you are right, you have to stay loose, really loose! But once you got it it's really fun!!
Nice content in the videos! I also ordered a META, I hope I made the right choice that I was undecided with the full ... after your videos I changed my mind and I immediately placed the order. Keep it up, greetings from Italy
I love your bike and my bike and maybe all HT Meta´s so much! Maybe the normal Meta too =D After jears of running Fully´s iam so happy with the HT Meta, perfect geometry!
Hey Ben! If you haven't sold your Chromag yet, I'll buy it from you if you're willing to ship to the states. I'm guessing you've already sold it, but I thought I'd check anyways. You can definitely see that your confidence is back up being on the Meta again. Glad you're back to having fun on the bike brother.
So it has been a while simce I've been up there, but is the slippery canoe not there anymore? I have watched a couple vids now and never see it. Maybe it was to the left at that fork mid trail?
@@unzulaessig do you reckon it's better than the nukeproof scout? I'm looking at the top end models of both. I was going to get a full sus but for the money I think I'd rather a sick hardtail than a "budget" full sus. My budget is £2500
@@George-je1fs i was between nuke scout and the dartmoor (dunno the name right now) and then i fell in love with the commencal. At Instagram @Louislow82 i have pictures. Think i spend under 2,5k with Ti bolts etc.

Is this a 27.5 or 29? I have a 27.5 meta and wanted something faster. I bought a 29 full sus Canyon Nueron but I'm not totally happy with it. Thinking I might should have gone with a 29 meta ht.
Hey there, just wondering how tall you are with getting the large meta frame? I just sold my Santa Cruz Chameleon to get a more aggressive hardtail. Im just over 5’10 so im kind of in that weird in-between height with a medium and large. And the reach numbers on the meta seem kind of odd to me.
There’s a great large on pink bike Rn. I was gonna get it but being 5’7 on a good day. imma get a med but the guy that has the large was your height and said it was great for him.
@@Adams_Excursions I think he may have sold it or decided to keep it. Arcarson is his pink bike name. I messaged him sept 21. But he was happy with the large tho and was 5’10. He also stated with the dropper all the way down his feet were flat on the ground if that helps. The reach is real short on this bike compared to other bikes in the same size. If u get it too small your knees will be close to your hands and feel semi cramped. This is from my research and the specs show as well.
Hi I wanted to get your opinion, I’m very interested in this bike but I’m wondering a few questions like, I want to know if it can also be used for a long, quiet hike, like 50km, or is it going to be too heavy because I want a bike as versatile as possible. 80 of hiking and 20 of downhill.
Hey Jeremy! I think the bike would be perfect for what your looking for. the gearing and the weight of the bike are perfect. The only thing I would change on my own bile would be my front fork travel. I run 170mm front fork. I would bump it down to 150-140mm travel for your needs. good part is I believe when you buy a new one I think stock it comes with a 140mm or 150mm fork anyways. :) hope this helps!
Could anyone recommend me on sizing for Meta HT 2021? I am slightly under 5'7 (169ish cm) and leaning towards S, coming from BMX background wanting to get into MTB for do-it-all bike.
I dont know if it helps, but I recieved my meta ht few days ago, size XL. My height is 188cm and honestly it doesnt feel big at all, I even wish it was just a bit bigger

I can't afford a full suspension bike so I am so happy that you can still ride hard on a hardtail!
The video quality and audio are so dialed. You did great job with them.
a trick: watch movies on KaldroStream. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.
@Derrick Howard Yup, been using Kaldrostream for years myself =)

its called sand. :)

Just out of curiosity, did u get rid of the chromag?
Nothing agains the Chromag, he told in a last vid, but the HT Chro cant perform like a HT Meta imo

How does this bike climb
What is the appropriate frame size for 5’4” height?
How you doing these morning laps, you pumping up the road to the top?

Not to suggest they already have or anything.

Go with the medium. 400m reach is too short IMO.
