Tenor sax is Kenny Anderson. Originally from south Florida at the time of this video he was living in Cleveland Ohio. About 5 years we played together in a wedding band getting a substitute when he was out with Arturo. Kenny and I also put together a Tower of Power Tribute band not to mention the numerous pickup jazz gigs. He played with Gloria Estefan, Tom Jones and I think he’s playing white gospel today.

Anyone know who the rest of the band are? They aren't half bad either! Including the saxophonist, who looks frankly over-awed every time Sandoval plays a solo. But then, who wouldn't? Sandoval is famous for playing faster and higher than everyone else, but that overlooks his limitless resource of musical invention and the huge range of colours and tones he gets from his horn. And is that prototype beat-boxing he's doing just before the 16-minute mark?
