So I am a kind of beginner in cubing, and I recently got my V3 and got a GAN lvl1 lube too, but it is only to maintain the original feel and I get a bit too fast for that, so I want to buy other Lubes . Would you recommend Gravitas and Dignitas with Dnm-37 or weight 5 with Dnm-37 or Weight 5 DNM-37 and Mystic
The pioneer V3 doesn't have the issue of magnet setting changing. With the flagship I us a metal magnetic flathead screwdriver and the issue completely stopped. Dunno why, but it worked.
Sorry but i unboxed it 1 month ago and i feel it slower , which tension and center travel should i chosse. I use 4,3 now , i think it slowe because i take apart to lots of time ( 4 times)
Would you say after putting in dignitas and gravitas, does mystic add speed? Like is dignitas, gravitas, mystic a good combination for a medium speed cube or is fast lube necessary?
This one is a bit slower I think (due to angstrom lubes). It speeds up with break in (it will be a bit faster than out of the box after you use it a lot). If you want it slower, use less fast lube (dnm, mystic, speedy).
So i buy weight 5 10cc? Is that better than mystic , dnm , angstrom dignitas . I don't know which one i buy. Or speedy , angstrom dignitas and mystic or dnm. I think weight 5 can't lubenon my tornado v3 flagship because weight 5 is lube core but flagship have magnetic core , u lube weight 5 on piece?
Sorry for late reply. If it your first lube, get either 10cc or 5cc weight 5. If you want to buy multiple lubes these are the best in order of most useful: 1) weight 5 (most versatile in terms of speed/control, nice feel, long lasting) 2) dnm (speed) 3) gravitas (for slow and controllable) 4) mystic (for soft and fast feel) 5) speedy (very smooth) 6) dignitas (like mystic but slow)
@@allanbaker9011 honestly you only really need weight 5 or something similar. The others are just in addition. So yes, weight 5 and dnm would be good 👍
Loosen the tensions on one of the sides (you can loosen the others too), pull two corners apart and take out the edge. The rest of the pieces should come out easily (you shouldn’t unscrew the tornado v3)

@@dontflyspirit6535 slow and control: gravitas/weight five. smooth: dignitas. Very fast: dnm. fast and smooth: speedy. It depends on what level of control/speed/smoothness you want :)

Weight 5 + mystic is a great combo for beginners (dnm is faster than mystic if that’s what you want)

just an idea, maybe get sandpaper to smooth it out to prevent catching

I think 3,3 is good for flexible and fast and 4,4 is good for more stability.

The cube won’t last as long (the plastic gets worn out) and it won’t turn as well. Even just using weight 5 makes it way better.
How were you able to disassemble the cube?

How did you take of the logo?
Toothpaste. Put a little bit on a paper towel, remove the center cap, and just rub off the logo (takes like 10 mins
How long does it break in mystic?
Mystic doesn’t require barely any break in, just turn the cube for like 20 seconds

Pioneer is good too, it just feels a little flimsy and too fast for me. If you want a faster more flexible cube the pioneer is good.

Don’t worry! If you end up buying a new cube sometime, you can add a lube sample to your order for 2 or 3$. I would recommend weight 5.
