They provide a host of obstacles that we can use to keep our setup interesting each time we go there.
Sometimes we'll go for a group game (Ultimate Tag™) or we may do a winner-stays-on Chase Tag™ Chase Off™.
The Parkour & Free Running guys often prefer more off-the-ground action which is possible if the main scaffolding area is not busy, whereas the fitness specialists and Crossfit guys tend to prefer a more running based form of Chase Tag™. We do it all.
This Chase Tag™ Meetup was shot entirely at Parkour Generations using a Go Pro 4 and a Feiyu G4 gimbal for smooth recording. For more Go Pro stuff check out their channel / goprocamera

The Chase Off's™ feature Thibault, Inigo, Orlando (Dash Freerun), Christian, and Damien and we were also joined in the group game by Elizabeth and Leo from France but unfortunately some of the footage got corrupted.

Difference with this course setup is there's no obstacles to use to one's advantage. You utterly have to maintain speed against your opponent. Other than that there's nothing you can do here.
You're right. We try and vary it up when we can with the equipment that's available to us. Also, that's a relatively early video and we've learnt what you've pointed out and that is the court needs more 'EQ'.
EQ is a term that a guy called Jason Matten coined that stands for Evasion Quality. The higher the EQ, the more protection the evader gets from the court / obstacles.
