Thanks for the video. if the house is solely owned by John and he transfer to the John and Jill (wife) trust, will the assessor consider this a change of ownership and reassess the property?

After doing a warranty deed and 1 owner is deceased does the exemptions be re-evaluated to the new owner?
What if the owner creates a revocable, living trust and adds a beneficiary that's not a relative. Will that trigger as a reassessment on taxes?
So if a lawyer makes a mistake your house could be reassessed to the point you could not afford the house and you’d be homeless
