是的，非常费工，尤其是最近天气不好，阴天雨天不断，我们只晒了一天太阳，后面用烘篓烘到七成干。南酸枣是很酸的，我觉得跟柠檬差不多一样酸，但是做成酸枣糕酸甜开胃味道很好，是很健康的天然食品。在村子里，距离阿嬷家200m左右有一颗巨大的酸枣树，是百年老树了，每年秋季遍地都是酸枣，我们都会捡来制作酸枣糕，金黄琥珀色的酸枣糕，一直沿用古法手工制作！❤❤❤❤❤❤
