    Why would the Russians be in a hurry to capture Vughledar now? They are clearly already approaching Kostyantinivka from multiple directions and that will give them a base on the highway to Vughledar, which will allow them, to take the ukr. frotifications to the southwest on that road and then Vodyane. Some Ukrinians sitting in a then terribly difficult to supply ruin - town won´t make a change any more. That was very different at the time, when the Russians tried to storm the place in the past, because then, they needed it to create a breakthrough. But there is no shortage of broken ukr. defenses to the north now. The place no longer defends something, that the russians don´t already have easier access to and it will soon be to isolated to be used for any offensive adventures.

    After the entire frontlines, especially the "active" part has been Fabed since months, we couldn't expect the UAF to hold forever.
    Since the Kharkiv feint, all valuable mobiles reserve have been moved north.
    We are seiing the results of a lack of mobility on the UAF side, and artillery, air, long range drone cover, electronic superiority on the RAF side.
    I wouldn't even add the lack of "fall back" prepared positions on the entire frontline. Sticking to a trench or a block allowed the russians to reduce the AFU manpower. I don't see the UAF keeping the Donbass for long. Longer they wait, harder it would be to keep going on the long run.

    • @-Zevin-
      @-Zevin- 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Not entirely accurate. A route is when you lose control of the soldiers. A collapse can be controlled but there is no possible way to stop the enemy approach. We saw exactly that happen with the German front towards the end of WW1, they were still in control, even had moments of offence that took a high toll on the allies. However the collapse was obvious and inevitable and the front line kept inching back daily. It went from trench warfare to a much more dynamic moving front in the last months of the war.

    Zelensky didn't try to prevent the conflict through diplomacy because he lacks honor and integrity.
    In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa (dozens of people were burned alive). Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed. A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions. For 8 years the Ukrainian military was indiscriminately shelling civilians living in Donbas.
    If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy.
    Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements.
    Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks in April? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time
    Russia's national security was compromised once NATO began to expand eastwards. Russia clearly stated that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (November 2021) and unfortunately this concern was never taken seriously. The Russians openly stated: if nothing changes, we will be forced to act in order to defend our national security. Enhancing the national security of one country at the expense of another is unacceptable. The Russians have legitimate security concerns.
    20th September, 2021: Ukraine launched military drills with US and NATO
    NATO is not a defensive alliance. NATO illegally bombed Yugoslavia (a direct violation of the U.N. Charter).
    We should never forget what they did to Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq etc.
    Who blew up the pipeline causing an environmental disaster?
    Zelensky banned all opposition and arrested a leading priest.
    Zelensky tried to invoke article 5 under false pretenses. Remember the incident in Poland.
    Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed.
    Poroshenko said, “Our children will go to schools and kindergartens-theirs will hide in the basements”.
    Russians will never forget the 2014 Odessa massacre. The whole world needs to know about it.
    Why was Denis Kireev eliminated? He was a member of Ukraine's negotiating team during the peace negotiations. He wanted to help his country.
    Ukraine has a hit list. They target artists, journalists and ordinary citizens. Hundreds of children are on this list. 13 year old Faina Savenkova was placed on this list.
    Pink Floyd's Roger Waters is on this list. Jimmy Dore (American stand-up comedian, podcaster) and Aaron Maté (Canadian writer and journalist) are on this list.
    There is evidence that Ukrainian troops have been indiscriminately shelling civilians in Donbas (they used petal mines and targeted areas where there was no military presence).
    The azov troops trapped in the azovstal steelworks in Mariupol used human shields. They refused to allow civilians to leave despite of humanitarian corridors being present.
    Russia held a proposed cease fire in order for the civilians to leave, but azov would not allow the civilians to leave.
    Ukraine has committed many acts of terrorism (car bombs and other forms of assassination). Darya Dugina (journalist) R.I.P.
    The first terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed the truck driver and the individuals in the adjacent car (innocent civilian victims).
    The second terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed two parents and severely injured their young daughter.
    I have done a lot of research and it took me a long time to write this comment. I have stated a lot of facts and I have given my honest opinion.
    I have provided a brief summary of events that took place. In order to explain this whole situation in great detail, a book would need to be written.
    Hopefully someone will write an UNBIASED book, stating facts and allowing the readers to form their own judgments. Everything I said can be fact checked and verified.

    Can you Elaine the difference between tactical and strategic?

    • @off6848
      @off6848 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Strategy is on a grander scale like the Surovikin line, cutting logistics, pinning operations, opening multiple fronts to spread the enemy thin.
      Observing that Ukraines objective is to hold every inch for PR then opening multiple pointless fronts forcing the enemy to guard so that they don’t appear to be losing ground is a strategic play
      Tactics is movement, using different weapons systems, formations,ambushing and things like that.

    • @kindlingking
      @kindlingking 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Using chess as an example, tactics are piece maneuvers (pins, forks, favourable trades, etc) that improve your position overall, where's strategy is your overarching gameplan. Tactical players implore tricks and sharp combinations, strategic players visualise the middle/end game before the opening is even played.
      Ocheretyno for example was a tactical breakthrough - it allowed to greatly improve russian positions west of Avdeevka and put more pressure on next ukr defence line. Now its steadily becoming a strategic breakthrough - RUAF is about to reach the main ukr logistical hub and disrupt the entire supply chain in the region, which would affect (at least) Donetsk/South Donetsk front as a whole.

      Realistically, F-16 could be used to reinforce the AA defence and make things a bit more difficult for the Russian jets doing sorties to bomb the afu targets, using medium range air-to-air missiles.
      Otherwise, F-16 are bound to be ineffective. These aircrafts are 4th gen multirole fighters, easily detectable by the AA radars. The Russians will just lob their AA missiles at any F-16 getting too close to the front, F-16 can be shot down as easily as MiG-29, they aren't stealth or something.

      @Levon_RnD 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    Europe's mission was to live a Christian life and help its brothers, non-religious peoples, raising them to Christ. Instead, Europe itself fell into idolatry. Instead of being the light of the world, she clothed herself in darkness, and instead of shining with her characters, she labors to shine with her objects. Instead of teaching people how to seek the Kingdom of God, she teaches them how to dive with all their might into the trivial and random. All other disorders originate from this disorder. And from these came and will come wars.
    More clearly: if God does not find a single people in Europe and America who would deserve the victory, he will call one or more peoples from Asia and give them the victory.

      Europe has slaughtered people all over the world in the name of Christianity. It started at Crusade. European powers marched to middle east, a place where they do not belong and slaughtered thousands of Arabs, Persians, Jews and Turks. God bless that middle east was quite powerful back then, and crusader thugs were repelled. But slaughtering didn't end. With colombus, the slaughtering reached the Americas. The way Christian Europeans massacred and enslaved the natives in both North and South America, it feels they didn’t even consider them human! This string of pillaging continued in Africa till very recently. This is the "peace" European Christians practiced and still practices all over the world. Islam also has imperialism built into it. But for state sponsored and state supported terrorism, European Christians surpasses every one else in the human history.
