Jam Alley was one of the greatest shows produced in the 90's in South Africa, even if you we not a music fan, it still gave you a great start to the weekend. We should be proud of it.
On 95 I was 10 on 94 my parents took me to a private school we were new in democracy I was young back then but then I could sense the was hope....on 95 I went to villages in rural areas because I was struggle to understand English so there life was different because I was no longer in the Cities it was funny how we used to watch these shows... the was no Electricity in rural area so some houses you used generators only for late shows so we used to go to some houses to watch TVs on some occasion we will be too many to enter a particular house then we would watch on window....... some houses would chase us away because they want to supper....yhooo those days were nice...this year is the year that learnt how to swim my late cousins friends taught me to swim on the river.......yhooo I was fascinated with rural life at them time on how those guys were creative..... remember I was born in a township it's on this year I had to go there and experience those guys were creative they never bought toys they would make themselves one how I learnt to make a fence car......toy guns.......etc..........so you might wonder why we tune to some old shows like Jam Alley they remind us with our past experiences so I think such shows should be kept safe and be preserve and how our Granny's you to react on Vinnolia saying to yhooo this what happens in Johannesburg.....in shock when she used to be on tables on the show......yhoooo wonderful memories

RIP V-Mash. I think this was back when it was broadcast on CCV TV (SABC 1's predecessor). Also, what exactly happened to Samantha Adams?
I was asking myself too
Me too. Samantha was my childhood crush💓💓 and I was upset when she was no longer on TV... The Jam Alley Trio were great together.
Damn this was during the CCV era😅
