I know you need a guide to visit the beach during an arribada, but can you walk the beach on your own if an arribada is not occuring?

Good question, I know at the North end you can for sure as people head out to surf there but as for the area where we went for the arribada we're not sure. Turtles do come all year to lay eggs at night so maybe it's still off limits.
