Thumbs up and subscribed! You have a great sense of humor and excellent content. My beloved 2003 Honda moved me and all my belongings from east to west coast over a decade ago. Like you, I find no reason to get a replacement. It continues to be so good to me and has kept me safe through all sorts of weather and events. Not sure what I spend on food alone each month for one person. Maybe $300? Often that includes household items and pet treats (I don't currently have a pet but gift treats to a few sweet canines and birds).

To save on groceries. If it's more than 2 or 3 dollars I make it from scratch. For example Lara bars are 4 dollars for 6 bars. I buy dates coconut flakes, dark chocolate and peanut butter and make it myself. I end up having enough for 2 or 3 weeks!

Yes, you have my DNA, I am proud!! Pay yourself first, and focus on your needs and not your wants. (side-note, May 28th - maybe your one gift from hubby can be a new car.)
