The name on the electricity bill is my grandfather's, he passed away. What should I do now, GST sent me an email that is, Premises is declared as own

So much hard to register new GST , I live in rajkot in rented house and they not accept my address and 4 query generated to not give GST , government have all documents and I give them electricity bill as add proof but they need refrance to accept me I live here , and I just want to start my online selling in Amazon and other online platform they know we don't have knowledge and we do have that much document why they don't give us simple way to earn money why this is so much hard so frustrating I hate this process and this people who make this much hard all
