Arago / BarX in Mercado de Colon / Aladroc, Mare Merua, Vidrio Vacio in Ruzafa / Ultramarinos Huerta, Travieso in Canovas / Tasca Angel , La Senia, Bar Richard, La Barra de Boni, TintoFino Ultramarino in El Carmen / Bar Ricardo nearby Turia / El Portón, La Senzilla, El Carabasser in Benimaclet...

Love the Central Bar too. Thanks for the video. You have to check out Colmado LaLola next to the Catedral. Their bravas are fancy but really are a next level game. Another nice spot especially if you are into oysters, Ostrabar Valencia. The gambas blancas are heavenly.

Here some gems, Bar Batiste , near Finca Roja probably best tortillas in town and the service is amazing , long history , couldn't watch the whole video , in case it is not here ... we we got ripped off at Tiki Taco last Christmas, literally they charged us double of what we ordered, otherwise the food was good
