I brought Havells water heater Monza 15 lit cap . Before purchase I was promised all installation will be done by the company, but sorry to say after payment., I requested the call center for installation at Nashik, the representative refused to come, and informed that if required I had to pay Rs 500 as installation charges, as full payments was paid the shop owner said its co. policy. I request all to take care of this before purchase
