@@JoeSmoe1 100% cryo is still better on Zane That anointments you can't swap weapons either it specifically looks for the action skill start not just that one is active. It is still a very good anointment though
Tip for console players: if you die after killing Killavolt, he will respawn, you will lose a lot of money, but it’s better than the load time of saving and quitting

I got this gun on my 5th run. Was extremely satisfied with it I did get an anointment which says weapon damage increase by 200 percent when action skill is active. And now With Zane I'm mealting everything literally.
This gun is just amazing. Was using nothing else on my Moze for two days. Then I found an really good Yellowcake and a Bloodletter COM with loads of Splash damage. Its like I'm firing nukes killing everything in a room including myself.^^

It's no secret that the game needs quite a few tweaks after this update to get it where it should be, but theres definately a lot to he excited about in this update. All of the new legendaries are very good and worth chasing. This is how the legendary tier should be. This may sound radical but I think they should just take some of the legendaries out. Theres too many and a lot of them dont even do anything actually unique, they just have some wacky firing method that has no practical use. Weapons like the Superball, vanquisher, spinner, devoted, and more are just there to dilute the value of the legendary tier. I think a buff to a lot of the epic tier weapons would go a long way as well. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive done it! I finally cracked the code on this drop rate!! Ok well K6 build was used lol but if you take Zane/Clone with grease trap and you both equip it, then you do hot grease, clone does fire starter you can drop Killavolt in literal seconds. All that to say, the key is wasting this prick in seconds and my drop rates doubled after 4 hours and 3 other characters. Thanks K6!
PSA. if the enemy doesnt have a red health bar, the base health bar that it has, is treated as the "health" for the anoint. If a enemy has 2 shields and a hardened armor bar, as soon as you reach the armor bar the anoint drops off after 90% of "health" has been reached.
I didn't check with slow projectiles ,so i m not sure, but it seems that the 300% damage still works if you shoot before the enemy drops to the 90% and hit after it. Maybe it's just my impression, the only weapon i dropped with this annoinment is an opq.
Wrong, K6. The 300% damage stops on the LAST bar of health/armor/shields. Look at Thic-Fil-A's video about that anointment. He shows proof as to it not working when he took an enemy without red health below 90% health.
I got one of the Monarch, Kaoson and Sandhawk, all the weakest versions of the weapons of course. I got them early but farming for btr versions they are just no dropping now.
By the end of post-DLC4 contents, Gearbox gonna release so many legendary gun variants. I bet we gonna see fire Brainstormer or cryo Reflux next. Probably a legendary Chadd pistol too.
interesting farming tip, if you don't have high damage just yet for the consoles, you kill killavolt and leave one of the others in the arena alive and die, killavolt will resawn and you can kill him again.
Im going to definitely try to get a consecutive hits version of this on my moze ASA 200 does literally nothing on moze 300% while above 90% health will likely get fixed in the future
I have three Monarchs and they haven't moved from my bag since I got them. When I'm done farming Taunt for classmods and artifacts I'll definitely be farming for mayhem 10 versions of Monarchs
I feel like the x4 is the better variant for moze purely for the fact that you can regenerate ammo and not run out where with the x8 I ran out far to quick
I spoke with them. They know about it and they're trying to fix it. This is just one of those things that sadly happens when you have to organize the work of 100 employees remotely. All in all they're doing a great job
14 runs, got our first monarch. x4 version, so we'll probably go back and try for a x8 at some point, got an iron bear active minimum damage increased by 100%. Not too bad considering we have the explosive minimum rounds equipped... And we also got +4 on torgue cross promotion mind sweeper on as well... so we're gonna take a page out of your book and blow ourselves up a lot, but fuck it, we got a monarch, and that's all that matters...
As late as I am I farmed him once and got the perfect anoint for Zane but no element and after that for about 2 days with 4 hours of farming each I only got about 6 with all horrible anointments and all the elements I need

Build + Gear. Optimizing Skills, shield, grenade, artifact to work well together. With Moze it's all about stack ASE Elemental Anoints. With Zane, the Seein' Dead and using multi-pellet weapons that have a Cryo SNTNL anoint make everything easy. On Amara I use Ties that Bind to do damage to multiple enemies at once. I got one kinetic version times two with SNTNL cryo for Zane and with the easy modifier Speed Demon u can still move really fast in bipod mode, the weapon is ridiculously good, kills badass and anointed enemies in 2 clips at most.

No. TVHM is completely unnecessary in this game. With Mayhem on Normal and TVHM are identical. Shlooter does NOT increase Dedicated drops. Only world drops. Are you farming Kilavolt? His drop chance is 16.5% The Proving Grounds Trial of Supremecy has at 50% drop rate of the Monarch. You HAVE to enable the True Difficulty switch BEFORE talking to the Guardian

The x4 variant only consumes 1 ammo per shot. The x8 variant essentially has an annexed prefix.

In videos I've noticed that the Monarch fires in a wide rectangular pattern. I haven't been able to tell, but I feel like it might be drawing a crown.

Normal mode and TVHM are identical when you have mayhem on. There’s no incentive to play TVHM unless you want to replay the story

It SHOULD tighten the spread. Might not be super tight though. So I guess I’m not 100% positive.

At level 49 Mayhem 6 and above is gonna be rough. A Radiation weapon like a Rowan's Call or Trevonator would work well.
