Having a personal trainer is great when starting but i really believe that you should experiment on your own with different training types and figure out what you like and what feels good for you. Also ive been watching you here and there over the years and you are without a doubt my favorite channel.

There is often a limit for the size of pics in emails. So it might not send because it is too big. I transfer pictures by uploading them to a google dropbox and downloading on my computer. (I have needed to do this several times in the last years)
Nobody asked, but I feel like I need to comment anyway. Couple of first times of taking weed it may have almost no effect on you. Couple next times effect will be a bit extreme, so just in case please do remember you're gonna be ok, one can't permanently OD on weed, the effect will wear off with time and everything _will_ be back to normal. I never took gummy bears, but effect of any edibles comes way later, you'll have to wait 30 minutes for it to hit you, so try to avoid taking more in first hour or so after the first dose. They say Ibuprofen and pistachio nuts acts like an antidote. Have fun! I'd be extremely happy to watch you play while being high!

I really think you missed out on trying out chair flying in Poppy. You can do so much goofing in that game
