Anchorman is the only movie in my life that I snuck in to. Absolutely no regrets. Seeing this movie for free on the big screen is one of the crowning moments of my entire life!
Clearly he's a video game character. He went into the inventory screen and equipped it. Now if you're wondering why most video game characters can keep an entire armory on them that they can magically pull out of no where....well you're on your own on that one.
