I love that you use all kinds of wood, driftwood, scrap, etc. I do too. I use as much repurposed wood as is possible. Use driftwood, scrap wood, the markdown dressed up stuff from the big box stores, stuff I find etc. Too many of the do-it-yourself videos focus on spending a fortune on maple or something. It breaks my heart when I see beautiful pieces of wood being thrown into the trash. You have the best philosophy!

Hey Jordy, I have always used hand carving tools untill I put a gouge thru my finger. Hubby bought me power carving tools for Christmas. My 1st attempt with them. Wood spirt bird house. It turned out pretty good. Thanks for turning me on to power carving.

Cool instructional vid. That rock looks like crystal Quartzite. Hard and brittle if it is. Quartzite has lots of fractures in it which makes it hard to nap. Just a guess about the rock though. Be sure to wear a good mask when working on any kind of rock. Don't want to breath that stuff. Hi Jordy.

Nice one Jordy. Could you possibly do a video of how to do a woodspirit on the edge of a piece of wood. Like you did on coreys sign? I can do them on the small logs etc but struggle to get it looking good on like a sign for example. Great work buddy 👊🏻

Great little tutorial on leaves bro & your voice overs are getting loads better bud so stop beating yourself up! Thanks for sharing bro. As for the rock how bout a 2D eagle head? as the rocks not very thick an it sorta looks like it drops down on one side so would fit in well & look awesome..Thats just my opinion though bro
