I love that you can clearly tell the designer has a high level of respect and admiration for his client. He didn't even boast heavily on his work as much as he uplifted and complimented his client. That was a kind thing to see.

I have watched several of these videos and, in addition to being addictive, I have noticed that the comments are much more positive and friendly now than a few years ago. I loved it when i saw it first, year ago and i love it even more now. The design is classic, everything is bold and muted at the same time, i have no idea how he achieved it but it seems joy to live in. Stylish, comfortable, with small surprises hidden.. Genius design, well done!

You know how they say black and white is beautiful? Well in this case the design goes beyond what this designer has put together and it is aesthetically pleasing and appealing to the eye and in their right places. I have never thought of using theses colors, however I am willing to give a shot. What this designer has done in use the color black is strategically and brilliantly put in the right places and is so well done, brilliant, and fabulously pleasing to the eye.

Lexa Karlyn Vlogs House&Home doesn’t really produce how-to or DIY videos. Mostly, they present a summary of a professionally designed project. You could search YT for DIY ways to achieve this look. Also, you could check the H&H magazine or website and other design magazines for inspiration.
You can paint PVC windows, but I’d say it’s a professional level of difficulty. Since you’ll spend a lot of money and time on materials and labor to DIY, it’s better to hire a professional. They can determine the right paint, proper prep and applications since plastic windows will receive paint differently than metal or wood windows.
jordania moore they used to have videos that showed how to get the look doing some DIYs which is why I asked. I’m suggesting ways they could offer this viewers more value on their channel- by helping us get the look, rather than just showing us their final space. This does not necessarily mean doing a DIY on this channel. It could involve simply stating in a video where they’ve sprayed the windows, how much it cost to get that look or even whether it’s do-able yourself.
@@LexaKarlynVlogs Sure. I guess I just haven't seen many DIY-esque videos from H&H since I've been watching (at least a year). I have seen some cost/budget videos but not many. They may have decided to change the content of the videos. Those presenting are professional designers and typically provide a lot of information in their narration, but since you mentioned getting the look from the video, DIY style, I suggested searching H&H's magazine (and other YT channels) where they might have more in depth information for the look you want to achieve.

Maybe it’s the photography but this whole place seems oppressively narrow. I lived in a townhouse for nine years when we first married. When I finally bought a detached home, I was obsessed with getting as many windows as possible, I realized I had been feeling like I lived in a cave. You did a great job of relieving that feeling.

Really utilising every inch of space and I love that he's used off the shelf IKEA module units with an understanding of how to taking it up a notch for the client - I need to check out that marble effect!
