Make sure you get what you want sooner rather than later. I've wanted one of these yellow, NKJV, but with the dark edges not the illustrated edges. I learned that they are no longer making them.
Excellent review of a fabulous Bible! The quality of Humble Lamb Bibles is truly unbelievable - even the boxes they come in are color-matched to the Bible you purchased and are beautifully constructed. I also have the NKJV Shepherd, NASB HIStory, and KJV Lion Refresh. The Shepherd is undergoing a refresh that features a new goatskin leather binding, new color choices, two new fore edge options from which to choose, and a full yapp. I believe it will be available at the end of this November. The all new NLT SonRise will be published in January. While many customers are hoping that Humble Lamb eventually publishes the NIV and ESV, I'm hoping they'll do the CSB first.
Fantastic and honest review. If you get the opportunity you should get the HL HIStory NASB. I am primarily KJV and I love my Sheppard and Lion but I have to tell you, HIStory is amazing!!! Im not one for the NASB but I tolerate it simply because of the craftsmanship!!! Once again, great review.
@@JosephAquino1430 thank you for your comment! Yes, same here regarding the NASB, not a fan but I can understand regarding the craftsmanship! They are great Bibles!
It's absolutely gorgeous. I do wonder, though, will the yellow pick up any oil from your hands, with time? I'm super careful with my Bibles as far as having clean hands, not eating/drinking around it, etc. But I do wonder about just natural oils from your hands.
@@Yesica1993 good thought… but this is a pebbled leather and like many of my pebble leather purses, they don’t show natural oil like a smooth leather will. So my guess would be that it wouldn’t, but that’s just my thoughts.
Yellow color for the win! Go Team Yellow! Loved the review!
@@Z201able yes!! it’s so beautiful in person!! 🙌
I love this review. I see Tim Wildsmith review these Bibles a lot on his channel. I’m going to add this to my wish list.
@@heathersheartco yes, it’s such a great Bible!
