DO NOT BUY THESE. I repeat, DO NOT buy these if you don't wanna waste your money. I can name tons of issues that will pop up after barely 2 months of use: one of the two earbuds will stop charging, battery will drain so fast even with noise-cancelling off, you won't be able to use them properly until that one earbud charges, which will take you ages to make happen, they will randomly disconnect for no apparent reason...I should have kept my Samsung earbuds instead of these piece of sh*t.

Try reset it.. by press 1,2,3 hold... the L/R earphones and then put it back in the cradle

In this case.. i'm positive u need to see a service tech. If its under warranty, they will replace it with e new one.
