Jennifer Jackson there’s a lot of physics involved which makes it a very very hard move for people without Simone Biles’ body and abilities. There’s a TH-cam video about it, recommend watching it!

Andy Olympic level and college level mean very different things.
And that's why i never could stop swimming, or also dancing, the progress you see and how rewarding it is, is just the most amazing feeling!!

Male gymnasts focus a lot on upper body strength. They're more flexible than the average fella, but there isn't the same emphasis on flexibility that women get.
It's weird. I thought flexibility to splits, a good bridge and flat pike would just be standard. They seem crucial to loads of skills.

If it keeps getting deleted over copyright reasons then I advise you to take the music out unless leeds gymnastic centre has a licence to play radio then you may be able to play music. I think you should have done it one the same ground but you did good nile. Think katelyn did better but she has trained for that routine.

Well as a former gymnast, and being a male and having offspring - I can say that is not true at all. Firstly you have to be flexible, splits are quite easy once you have them, and most importantly those floors are sprung so you really bounce back up quite easily. I used to do those kinds of things all the time, even Comanechi splits. I had a great and wonderful coach who made sure the males were just as flexible and the females had great strength. It often baffles me when I see men in gymnastics that don't work on their flexibility because it makes everything look so much cleaner. Of course you may have been kidding with your comment a bit too... :+)
