Definitely the base variant MX1 should be good and value for money too with 1.2 litre turbo petrol and Ofcourse with all wheel disc brakes, it will a good competitor for magnite and other sub four metre compact vehicles.
I was just looking at how Mahindra increased the boot space, when I realized they have made the floor of the boot as thin as possible. To accommodate the spare tire, they have made it a 135/90 profile tire, the same width as your Pulsar bike tire. This must be the lowest profile tire ever provided as spare in any car. Even the Maruti 800 had 145 section spare tires. The diesel variant seems to start at 12 lakh on road and it should be great value for money, plus being a great performer. Diesel starts with the second base variant onwards and hence for 12 lakh on road you also get the new infotainment system and steering mounted controls. Just add a reverse camera and you get a real WOW hot diesel compact SUV. That 1.5 liter 4 cylinder unit is really very refined and very torquey at 300 Nm.
Aisin TC they provided from MX2 Pro onwards and AX5 onwards.... They put the efforts honestly.... Otherwise impressive design and features... Seems VFM..... will do a test drive..... Waiting for the drive review

1197 cc, 3 Cylinders Inline, 4 Valves/Cylinder, DOHC.... 3 cylinder engine only....

@@Marioejoseph Mahindra XUV 3XO oda petrol engine uses the engine developed along with sang yong.... Tata Nexon oda petrol engine 1.2 L Revotron I3 turbo was an engine used in tata bolt adhae tune Pani use panranga.... A new four cylinder outsource or development requires time and investment..... So they try to boost a 3 cylinder pot with turbo to give Max power and a cost that is manageable..... Hope it clarifies....

@@saravanand5268 sir till today there are no NA engines in XUV300. In every variant review, even the base variant W2 it was a turbo petrol engine. I don't understand how are you asking this question. Also in this video itself I have mentioned that it is MPFI turbo and TGDI petrol

@@raksabb we also wish to provide reviews as soon as possible, but the cars have not arrived here yet and we were not invited to the launch. So you may have to wait for a week brother. The car was launched yesterday evening 5pm itself. But the video launch happened at 10 pm only. So we were not able to get as much photos as we needed but we got all the info. So we will have to for a week for the actual review
