I feel like there needs to be a return line to the boiler, insulation on the vapor lines, a changover from a reciprocating system to a turbine, and a full triangular boiler. A full 4-5 sided pyramid would offer simplicity of construction and make it easier to insulate. Ceramoc coatings are amazing for that.
You can’t beat a piston for torque with steam, a turbine requires more pressure and more boiler and therefore more loss. A turbine would be ok in larger power plant type applications where the demand and power are scaled up.
@@cousinitt7915 You can, just simply by using a reducer at the outpout. "turbine requires more pressure and more boiler and therefore more loss", false if you design it properly. Yes. Even large industrial electric power plants still use steam to turn their generators, whether their heat comes from coal, natural gas, or even nuclear power plants.
This engine has an injection lubrication system. You need to seperate the lubricant from the water then. If you want a closed system, better get a different engine like a turbine.
It may shock you to learn this but water boils at 30c in a vacuum and returns to liquid at 29c the expansion rates are the same no matter how the water boils. This means in a closed system you can run a steam engine off heat from the sun and endothermic from water sources you could even run an air conditioner use the heat to boil water and the cold to return it to liquid.
@@UrConscience89 By having a hot water reservoir that lets water into the boiling area through a spray nozzle you get flash steam that them passes through the turbine or piston system to a cold chamber that condenses the steam and the chamber is a larger volume than the amount of steam you let into the system so you can continuously stream or burst release steam into the system.

Sir, ,we are getting cobargas. Can we use cobargas for boiler? .
Its better than NTPC which is based on digging forest and mining coal, there are some woody plants, cowdunk and plastic waste which can be used for fueling this engine, popler plant and paddy straw are also good ,no need to purchase electricity from the capitalist or govt.,power autonomy
I have no idea how does one treat the exhaust, even coal produces harmful gases especially above 500°C temp.
