If you paid attention to Drago, you would understand what he was saying: that Tesla FSD will top out at a safety level that won't get or maintain driverless licenses, because AI-only is bad at being 100% safe. Waymo has a driver that can always address any failure and be extremely robust because of it's great redundancy and flexibility. Once Waymo conquers all of Phoenix, which is in a year or two, they will be able to quickly serve another whole metro area like Austin.
Too bad he wasn't asked how many remote staff per car they use. That's a large limitting factor from an economics POV.
