Thanks to everyone that joined! It took me a year to put together, and in the last few months I was editing videos to post there. Looks like I gotta start over again with TH-cam, but I think I can manage to start posting more consistent content again. Thanks to everyone that stuck around with my videos 🙏🏾
Thanks dude! This really helped me polish my technique and I have found the exercises to be very useful. Keep doing what you're doing man. Nobody has helped inspire me more than you. You turned drumming from a hobby into a passion. You're the best around and don't let anyone tell you different man.
No way honestly thank you so much I wasn’t able to do this before. I’m a self taught 12 yo drummer and I’d like to say I’m pretty good I’ve played some of the blue devils pieces and got them downs but for some reason backsticking with my left hand was always supper hard so thank you
That was cool dude 😎👌 with my age and arthritis I haven't been able to do a paradiddle or any rudiment for that matter in a long time. 👍🇺🇲☮ So keep on drumming and I hope you don't get arthritis-like I have.
2:23 lmao i've been trying to sweep backstick on the right hand by going counter-clockwise instead of clockwise. it hasnt been going too well lol i'll start trying this instead x)
Thanks for the tutorial. It really helped improve my back sticking. Is that a xymox hybrid snare though? If so do you recommend the remo white max or the Evans hybrid grey head?
Thank you for this video I've been wanting to do drumline now and I don't know how to read snare notes but every time I do a backstick I always hit the rim of the snare. Its hard for me when I try to do it fast. Is there any advice you could give me?

I think only the "active" subscribers all be notified. They ignore everyone else it looks like..
@@sdjmalik I've been subbed to u for a long time tho😂idk TH-cams broken 🤦🏽♂️
Lol oh trust me, I’m on the other end wondering why only 1% of subs see my content. It’s like what’s the point of keeping a subscriber count lol
@@sdjmaliki guess u just have to get lucky now and hope your video ends up in people's recommended 🤷🏽♂️😂

Do you definitely don't place the middle finger on top of the stick when backsticking with matched grip? Or are both ways possible?
You can do it, however it'll probably be more difficult than it should to get back into regular playing position in a timely manner
When the vid is 4:20 minutes long 😎
what kind of pad is that
