専門店にしては業務用フライヤーを使わずに、家庭用のフライパンみたいなのでちまちまと揚げているんだなあと思いましたが…京都という土地柄、もしかしたらこのお店も "ウナギの寝床" で間口が狭くて余り大型の調理機器が置けないのかな？
それにしても全商品、ドーナツと言うよりもミニケーキと言った方が良いくらい、どれも豪華なデコレーションがされていて美味しそうなのはもちろん、まるでオモチャみたいなカラフルでファンシーな彩りが童話の中に出て来るお菓子の家を彷彿とさせますね！ファンタジー！

I can eat any number of these donuts. And she recently started making and selling bagels as well.
