- So far of the half dozen songs of Taylor's I've heard, this was the only one that I felt could've used a bit more energy as far as the tempo of the song is concerned. I like the song, I love the lyrics, and ABSOLUTELY love the chorus, but really wish the tempo of the song was a little bit faster! I ended up eating some crow a bit later in the video. It happens! I also realized that despite what I said in this video, I not only HAVE HEARD this song before, but I even reacted to it! It was the one song I did that didn't have any music video to it and for some reason I was mistaking it for another song off the Reputation album. It happens! 🤣💯

0:40 I'm soooo stupid! I completely didn't realize while recording this that I not only had heard this song before, but I EVEN REACTED TO IT about a week ago! I didn't catch that fact until after I already did the reaction. The entire time I kept thinking.. "why does this seem familiar" not even realizing that it's the song I reacted to the other day directly off Taylor's channel that didn't have a music video for it. That's actually what prompted some comments about how I should instead react to *THIS* version from the Reputation Tour! I feel incredibly embarrassed. Eh... you win some you lose some? 😳😂
The song as perfect as it is it doesn’t need to be faster. Taylor said she wanted it to sound like you’re in church.
there is no comparison with Taylor and Britany, Taylor is in a league of her own. She is a legitimate phenom and artist, as she writes, she produces, she directs, she envisions and imagines her music and shows every step of the way, and she is proving what an amazing songwriting storyteller and singer she really is. She's even proven she can learn choreography and dance and what's most impressive is her stamina to do it all for nearly 4 hours night after night, and for a year and half now, even through the cold and pouring rain. Nobody has done anything like her. I saw that Britney concert and her show and performance was entertaining yes and she's a good dancer, but she mostly lip syncs particularly when live and has autotune on all of her music, and lastly she does not write her music or have the in-depth involvement on any level like that of Taylor.
Check Taylor's rock version of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" from her 1989 tour, she plays electric guitar in it. I promise it does not sound poppy.

I used to host quite a few songs of my own on my channel years and years ago but these days I don't publish my own music directly to my TH-cam channel anymore. Interesting how you sped up the BPM--cool thing to do. I'm a huge T Swift fan--have been for the past 10, 12 years. I hear what you're saying about your tempo preference (hence the 808 name, haha). T Swift in my mind--maybe others will contradict/correct me--doesn't do a lot of fast tempo stuff. A lot of her best stuff--really world class stuff--is fairly slow, e.g., Folklore album. I suspect if you give Folklore a chance, you'll come to appreciate it, but it'd be an adjustment maybe.
In terms of energy though, I've never been to a concert (and my wife and I go to a lot of concerts) with any energy that approached the Eras Tour. For 3 1/2 hours, everyone (EVERYONE) was standing, dancing, screaming, singing. Best musical experience of my life, without a doubt.

The tempo - it's a slow burn. And you mentioned your girlfriend (or wife) - it would be really nice rhythm to use for ambience if you ever listen to music to enhance the occasional romantic evening. And as for others putting on big shows -- they have the pyrotechnics and choreography but it just does't feel like they've invested their heart and soul in it like Taylor does. It's part of her DNA. Even Adele is starting to do stadium shows - a phenomenon like this is born once, and then others try to copy it. I do like Adele.
I need to check out some Adele as well. I haven't heard much of her music but I know she has a great voice.

Just some ideas. I’m a big rap fan too so I appreciate the lyrical and beats but also separately. I think you do jump a little quick only because she is a bridge QUEEN!! ❤❤. Enjoy if you keep going. Your videos aren’t doing numbers because your thumbnails are really bad. You need to at least have a screenshot from your actual video as a thumbnail if you don’t know how to make them. Don’t just use a screenshot of only Taylor from videos swifties have all seen a million times it’ll get passed over constantly
