first we have recieved rejection letter to home in that letter at the bottom they stated on how to appeal it ! as per the letter we have written a letter justifying on why they should take the desicion faster and posted it to migrations court ! along with that attached the same copy via email also. hope this helps
Hi Andi, I have 2 kids and their visa extension application is in process for almost 3 years. I applied for citizenship but didn't include them, any idea on whether can we add them now after submitting application?
@@krishnakishoreg4695 once your application is assaigned a case officer they will ask you if you want to add kids in the application! i have recently seen in my friends case! even though he hasn’t added kids into the application the case officer asked later if we wants to do it!
