If you take time to do all of the maitence at one time it looks like a two or so full day job tell the driver no work no pay. I'm a retired driver tell to help and see how has the easier job I bet some will say no thanks cause I have seen some help out a little bit. Keep up the great video's
Now don't them Truckers sit in the cab when the trailer is being loaded ? According to the DOT that is "Off Duty" or "Not Driving". Meaning they ain't working. However the ChipperGuy and the SkidderGuys and the SlasherGuy are still working .
Good grief, going to earn the nickname Martin Luther with all those complaints. Disc too hot, things needs greasing, don't want to get hands sooty from exhaust, don't like working on rusty stuff........ :)

Hello. How many hrs a year do you put on the chipper. Prayers for Lacey. It would be interesting to put one of those trailer wheel hub mileage meters on the chipper for a year.
You do know that all that maintenance work is what makes setting in that nice comfortable cab feel so good. They say a change is as good as a rest but I never believed that. Its all good
so right after you shot this vid is when you did that live vid following somebody and turned out mike was following you. interesting vid on the maintenance requirements of the chipper. was josh throwing stuff at you to get even for the apple.
I will vouch for john as working on same type job john works.,has truck driver ever had his toes pointing the other way,well I have from working on a chipper.ben out now for 6 months ,people have no idea what it takes to get a load of chips out but I do.good luck truck driver.lol

Hi Guys I hope the benefit went really good and Laceys doing good still. From watching what you got to do, the truck driver needs to come to work at 5.30 am on a big maintenance day and bring his coveralls and a trouble light. Then maybe rotate it through all the drivers once to. They might suddenly really appreciate how spoiled they are L.O.L. I see you show that mufflers bust again. Have you guys ever considered what I said a while ago when this happened before, about modifying those rigid pipes with a bit of flex pipe. Then it's not getting stressed by vibrating until it breaks the pipes off. I know you have other more important stuff right now, but somebody from the shop could do it pretty easy and maybe make the muffler system last for years until it rots off not falls off. Why didn’t you just let him do the maintenance for a day and see how far he gets? That’s usually what I do if somebody smarts off to me about something..

I use to run a 2755 in the UP of Michigan. Yes maintenance never ends.
