    Moringa is the truth. I have a moringa tree and I started incorporating the leaves into my wash day, especially during quarantine and I don't regret it. My hair has thickened and also grown. This will be a continuous staple on my regimen.
    👏👍🥰
    I also use it in smoothies.

    I mix moringa powder with Maca powder in the morning and I do it cold and hard just just put it in water shake it up and drink it down on an empty stomach. Incidentally I use a scrub brush on my skin then I sponge off and I use Maringo oil massage thing and I also use it as an aftershave really terrific

    When serving my cup of brown coffee in the morning, I always put a teaspoon of moringa powder that I always make myself and feels quite bitter, but I got used to it. Also, I've been putting moringa water from fresh leaves grinded in the blender and use it as hair spray, I do that for 2 weeks now and my hair felt soo different. It doesn't frizz that much and felt smooth.

    It's gross, but I do it because it's good for me. But now I realize why I get belly pains after I drink this... it's way too mich at one time.

    There is no way an oil can have moisturizing properties as it doesn't contain any water. An oil can only "nourishes" the hair or skin that"s why they can seem soft after applying oil on them.

      I beg to differ:).... here's my story.
      When I started my premature menopause, at the age 44 yrs, HOT FLASHES hit me sideways! The minute it started, It felt like my hair was becoming burnt and frazzled from the follicle:(
      During that period, the 1st 4 yrs, by beautiful , fine, soft curly hair...transformed into brittle, dry, breaking steel wool, that I couldn't bear it touching my skin on my neck, shoulders and face 👀. I wore it in a bun on top of my head for 6yrs! Another devastating blow...was I LOST half of my already fine hair 😭. Many products, year's and tears later...I came across a TH-cam channel that educated me on OILS and their benefits for hair:) .....at this stage 7yrs into menapause and the cycle at it's end, my hair was not breaking off anymore, but the condition and luster was gone and it looked like dead straw on my head:( I started using pure virgin olive oil!!! I soaked my hair and scalp with it and left it on for a week!...after my FIRST wash , I along with everyone who knows me was completely SHOCKED 😲😳! WHAT A GAME CHANGER FOR ME!!! I, just like you, didn't think oils could MOISTURIZE! It turns out, some oils penetrate and others seal. Turns out I needed a penetration oil (olive) ...I had tried coconut before (sealant) which wasn't right for my condition. My routine now, is to soak my hair with olive oil for three days (find creative hairstyles) 😂 before a wash... and now, 3 months later, my hair is totally back to premenopausal condition!!! My depression has disappeared! I feel amazing 🤩!
      My hair is bouncing around full of life! No more dry FRIZZ! Another game changer for my condition, was a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner! I'M TRULY BLOWN AWAY! Forgot to mention , my hair also got thicker again:)

    • @sben38
      @sben38 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@yolindeparfitt9706 I am very happy that oiling your hair helped you get your hair back to the way it was an I am sure oils helped you alot.
      I'm not arguing that oils can't help to moisturize brittle hair but my point is that the word "moisture" is the equivalent of "hidration" and by definition "hydration" comes from water.
      I am aware that there are sealing oils and penetrating oils but as long as there is no water involved there can be no hidration and hence no moisture.

    • @yolindeparfitt9706
      @yolindeparfitt9706 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@sben38 My understanding, is that the oils penetrate the hair strand and gives it the ability to ABSORB much more moisture from the atmosphere/wash and conditioner day's/and spray on moisturizer 's, like clove water etc...
      Somehow it's worked MAGIC for my condition:)
