Jelly king so underrated...i started using him with meliodas and escanor and its such a wipe...even with bad rules amd no buff they wipe...Wish i had that diane tho...would help.

Albedo can just do first phase with 2 turn and ignore recovery card
I’ve only just started fighting Demon King as I felt unready but found out very quickly that DKM (Demon King Meli) melts this fight (On the lower difficulty, my units aren’t ready for the harder difficulty)

There is still a lot of RNG. I prefer a two team approach, that way, 99% of the time I don't care about RNG. I use an Albedo team for the first round (with Kizuna/Nanashi/Jue Viole). With good RNG, DK is dead on the first turn, if not two turns is guaranteed, so I do not care about the rules at all. Now, if I have good RNG (i.e. plenty of Albedo stance cards), I still use the Albedo team for the second phase, or else, I switch to my second team, which is Indomitable Escanor, DK Meli, green Queen Diane and festival Gowther). With two DPS and Meli's debuff the Demon King is guaranteed to be dead in three turns (cannot do any faster because of his immortality for the first two turns). Finally, now I'm farming DK like crazy, I just need freaking gold, 5 millions per True Awakening is a lot!

This team is frustrating to use… especially with 2/6 Esca or less. Needs so much more RNG than old Albedo team… which is better IMO

what is all of their gear? i think red diane can handle that but must try hard
Practically everyone is on HP/DEF without any special rolls except the DPS that's on attack/crit

Alternative team i use. God meli, red fest Diane, red fest gowther, kizuna
she does, but you may need a 2nd team since you wont get the atk buff

He is there for two reasons in this round. 1. Because he has ATK skills and Debuff ATK skills. 2. Because he boosts your DPS unit. Other options could include Infinity Merlin (If you have her Relic).
