GTA SA: Puncture Wounds (Mission help)

For stingers to
work they must
be planted when the
Stratum is really behind
otherwise if Stratum
is too close it will
drive over them unharmed.
To make this work simply perform
PIT maneuver and
carefully plant the stinger when
Stratum is still in distance.
