Psoas can control the diaphragm, diaphragm can control the central nervous system. The human body is so complex, deep and amazing.

I tried the TRE (trauma release exercise) the other night and it was a very strange experience. My psoas muscles trembled and shook and my mind was shot back in time to shitty things that happened to me back in highschool. My neck pain was gone after!

For "some" people the psoas is desensitised? Probably for most, right? Very enlightening elaboration on the psoas. Feels like one of the better ones I've seen on TH-cam. Still, I'd be curious to hear you elaborate on the real potential of a truly supple psoas -- these are hard to come by these days as you indicate. How about a really juicy psoas serving as a psoas to other dimensions?

    Do
Psoas have any role in causing or healing of hernia?
