I did the exact same thing when I got my kiger in jan 2022..It worked great and its been almost 2 yrs and I havent got any mud issue after doing that..Everyone should do this for their kiger..And the 3M tape working wonderfully...I didnt applied primer coz I didnt find one..I used another strong 3M tape and it worked great :)
@@SandarbhJaiswal I thought It would help with noise reduction but it didnt..but the mud and dust that used to get inside is not there at all which looks neat and its been 2 yrs I have applied that and still it hasnt came out..
@Pranab ji, helpful video One question the horizontal P type you applied on the door but the vertical D type you applied on the body. Any particular reason? Wouldn't it have more sense aesthetically applying on the door?
P type in doors bcoz a portion of it should come outside (below doors) to not allow water to come inside...D type will not help here....also it is mentioned in the instructions where to apply which type
I watched the video but slightly confused about the rear side installation. What I figured out is that D-type piping has to be installed on the rear wheel arch that runs into the C-pillar. Is that right?
