For everyone who complains about the amount of redacted items in the file: this is a tale being READ from the wiki. The reader did not put those in there. He is simply reading the story.
I think most people know that it’s from a wiki by now, but either way the amount of redacted spots is ridiculous. Whoever wrote the file took the lazy way of not providing details for sure 😂
For everyone who thinks complaining about all the excessive "Redacteds" means you don't know that the narrator didn't write it, so what? Don't narrate such an annoying story. That's the point. 🙄

@@fariin2174 with respect, you're missing the point. The redacted portions don't physically exist, it's likely the author didn't write anything for those segments, and simply added the redacted portions to demonstrate to the reader that time had passed for Adam, and that this time was blank for him (and us). It's not really a "redaction", it's an addition. It's no different from a time skip. Think of it like the movie The Hangover: nobody is upset that we don't see the events of the previous night because that would defeat the point of the movie. It's not lazy, it's narrative.
While there are examples of excessive redicates in the SCP wiki. These ones are mood setters and very much have a purpose
They're also supposed to give you an idea of how much time has passed and how much is being forgotten, but I appreciate that text format is better for this than audio
This story line has me hooked and i cant wait til the entire story is out and i can listen to it in playlist form a few times more!

idk what people are complaining about, yeah there's lots of [redacted], but these are supposed to be secret files. like you stumbled onto government research and are now reading it. I also think some of these stories work better written rather than spoken. the redacted portions aren't as annoying when you put a few in a row when you don't have to hear it. I mean sometimes it is lazy writing, but sometimes its to give the story a timeless feel or to describe something indescribable.
Seems like the same kind of people who went to see The Hangover and complained that they couldn't see what happened the previous night.
The redacted parts happen for the first like minute and a half and isnt there the rest of the time calm down guys jesus

I liked this one. I had once asked about one of these where he goes to the underground computer and it sticks him. To a huge eye n he dreams he's at a bbq meets Bart Hughes said he's not the one but he is because reminds his wife of him and she's the one to destroy 3125 I think. Still these are good 👍
What saves him he was being held down in the street and to get cut into pieces and then he gets away and wakes up in a room what was all the redacted
seems pretty well implied they cut 2 of his fingers off, and he got possessed by the monster for a while, then woke back up. since he has a built in immunity to memory altering, the thing was only able to take him over for a while.
