Yes Wayne it’s true, a small amount of iron is absorbed in the food from cooking with a caste iron pan. Tami wins 😊

I knew about iron from pot long time… over 60 years. Those days as children food that was cooked in zIron pot was almost BLACK… because of the iron from the pot.
Not just iron but copper water bottle in the fridge- I know Tami loves a water bottle 😊

I need to be at physical therapy and felt like quitting because I felt bad for not being there for my 16mths old and all I need is an hour twice per week.
