This is probably one of the most fitting songs for the Doctor ever. It perfectly sums up the decisions he makes and the effect he has on his companions. I especially love Rory's line "This isn't fair... you're turning me into you." Oh, and yes, serious tears were shed upon watching this video.
Wow, this is brilliant in so many ways. This gave me goosebumps! The resemblance of the Doctor leaving Rose and Rory leaving the older Amy is uncanny. The song made sense with what the Doctor is like. A great masterpiece of editing :)

this is by far the best Dr Who music video I have seen so far. the clips work perfectly with the lyrics, the timing is beautiful, the use of episode audio is brilliant, and better yet, done right, the effects on the clips are not to little or to much. All in all, a perfect video, in my opinion.

I'm near tears right now. Seeing this, and seeing all of the pain in the Doctor's life and all of the terrible choices he has to make... It makes me wonder sometimes why he continues with such a life style. It hurts to watch this, remembering and making all of these connections, seeing everything he's done. I love how much resentment Rory has to the Doctor in this, because as old as the Doctor is, Rory has lived over 2000 years, his soul is far older than the doctor twice over and then some. He has avoided becoming like the Doctor so much and then he is forced to make a choice like he never wanted to do, and who could? I mean... reset history or not... the older one is the original - period, she is from the first time line not the reset tangent, so... leaving her for the reset timeline her...wow.

Terribly angsty and so great! Most of the time the doctor is just this amazing guy who can break the boundaries of space and time, but every now and then we see his other face… the face that has seen so much and still has the courage to make the most terrible decisions because he knows *someone* has to make them.
