The only fix for the stuttering I can think of is to update the Bluetooth drivers. Other than that it's simply a hardware issue with the computer you're using and/or the DualSense controller

@@marz4779 i got it to work. Ds4 didnt help. Actually made it worse. I unistalled that. When it flashes it connects to bluetooth and then disconnects immediately. So i plugged it in right before it could disconnect and that fixed it. I could then unplug it and it was all set.

Can this work with non Steam games? For Example to use PS4 controller on my PC I can play any game newer than 2012 on PC but need to install DS4 app to tell my PC it's Xbox controller. So this PS5 controller method looks simpler.
If anyomes having problems having their controller connect via bluetooth or wired to ds4 try using ds4 version 2.2.2 i original used the newer 3.0.0 updates but they didnt work had major issues only being able to use steam and couldnt connect via cable but that seemed to fix my problem

I've tried to play with it on forza 5. It wasn't working but I felt a little rumble. When I got it close to my ear then I could hear menu music just the slightest xD

My controller is always vibrating when I play nba 2K. Only in game. It didn’t do that’s when I first got my pc. Couple weeks later it won’t stop and I can’t even play it because it’s so annoying. I turned off vibration and rumble
at least these controllers work with our pc's cause most of us are never getting the ps5

I recommend just buying a separate DualSense for your PC, and another one dedicated to your PS5.

Anyone having trouble using the controller outside of steam there is a program called ds4 windows that will emulate as an Xbox controller.
For that if it don’t work then you have to download .NET 5.0

Not really, using the controller this way doesn't really charge the battery it mainly powers the controller directly
