Problems with LCI Leveling System

- Our LCI self leveling system has not been acting right lately. We called for help, but so far we have not had an answer. This could take a while.

Haha this situation just reminds me of us!! We had to try to level the new coop this week and SOMETHING just didnt seem right! Kinda like your RV.!! I l iked your shopping break! Beautiful flower spot and awesome butcher shop!! Anyway not good to be unlevel!! THAT darn repair man...maybe he doesnt have alarm clock??

This is the most stupidest video!! No educational details and they are just telling their own little problem they had with their service man!!
As my educational detail for the day, stupidest is not a word and most stupidest is also improper. If you want to say it is the most stupid your statement would be a more effective insult. If you want to sling insults at old ladies at least make certain of your grammar they used to teach good grammar in my day. That having been said, we moved on from this fifth wheel years ago and and my point for making this video at the time was to warn RV owners that not all repairmen know what they are up to. This guy actually wanted to charge us a lot of money for leaving us in even worse shape than when he came. Not the first time this had happened to us, by the way. You are still entitled to your opinion and I'm sorry for the loss of five minutes of your time.
I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with the leveling system. If I was there I would fix it for you. You have to start with laying a level along the ground between the jacks and see how much if any the ground is slanted/not level.
Measuring from the ground up if the ground is not level wont give you an accurate measurement of the position of the jacks as they relate to each other. There is also a manual release so you can lower one or both of the jacks if there an issue with the hydraulic system. I'm not sure where it's at on your 5th wheel.
I can't believe that guy left your trailer like that, I hope you get someone competent on Monday. The trailer needs to be jacked up manually to take the weight off the hydraulic jacks then you can properly diagnose the system.
David Carr I have called our other repairman. I am still a little stressed by the situation and have almost fallen out the door a couple of times, hard to remember about the drop, lol. I'm pretty confident that the next guy will be to do the job. He is an older guy and maybe more empathetic to our situation. Thanks for the offer.
I think you have to manually level, then zero reset the level memory
Our RV repairman reset the level system and then put it back manually. BTW we longer live in or own this rig. We have been living in a house for the last few years. This particular 5th wheel had a lot of problems and we were getting too old and had too many physical ailments to deal with it anymore.
As a footnote to this video, we did get this problem resolved when the next repairman came. He found out that the auto level was not working as it should have and he did a manual leveling alternative and got our RV back to normal. Thank goodness.
