I just have one question. in 1:35. you mentioned that transpose"-2" to the other side. how is it still 2 when we transpose it? because the meaning of transpose is just changing position. but It changed the value. thank you for answering!
It is because you transposed the -2 to the other side of the equal(=) sign. Therefore, the negative(-) sign will be changed to a positive sign. I'm not that good at explaining, but I hope this helps :)
Maybe an easier way to express this is to add 2 to both sides of the equation. The +2 and the -2 become zero, or cancel out, or however you visualize it, and you have +2 on the other side.

if x = root(11) -3 or -root(11)-3, then putting those in x^2+6x+9 doesn't work out. You end up with (root(11) -3)^2 + 6(root(11)-3) -2 = 0. That doesn't work out.

Find the square root of the last term , since the last term is 9 you can extract it and it becomes 3 (x+3) then you can finally square the equation (x+3)²

I think it's because of 9 cuz 3 × 3 = 9 but i usually just ignore it :)
Because its supposed to be (x+3) (x+3)
