Finder (the first one on the left) is macOS system’s main app, so it cannot be removed. The other apps can’t be removed because they’re open (as indicated by the little black dot below the app icon); once you close/quit those apps you’ll be able to remove them from the dock. :)

u can remove freeform off ur dock u just have to hold on it and click options n remove from dock should pop up! ik its like 6 months late but just in case!!
