- If you are looking for interesting and unique things to buy in Japan. Or perhaps you want items that you can only buy in Japan. I would recommend taking a trip to Hands.
Hands is a department store formerly known as Tokyu Hands and it is one of the most famous department stores among Japanese people.
They have a large variety of items, from lifestyle goods to kitchenware, cosmetics, and stationeries.

I'd love someone to interview the senior buying team (actually everyone involved) at Hands. They really do find the most sensational item. Highly innovative, aesthetically glorious, excellent quality items. They're head and shoulders above any other Western department store...if there ARE any department stores left in the West. Very sad. I'm thrilled to see the physical retail environment alive and kicking in Japan-- people clearly still love to spend their leisure time shopping and browsing with their friends or on their own. Love. Here in England, online shopping has destroyed this recreational activity which is a great shame. Our high streets are gross. Great store. 🥰🥰🥰
Thanks for showing us around! May I ask which branch this is located at?
Glad you liked the video. This is located right at Nagoya Station in Aichi.
Costco has stanley mugs with cheaper price
Thanks for sharing. That is a good info to know for anyone who has a Costco membership.
Why you didn't feature stationery section?
We already have a video where we looked at the stationeries there. Please check it out. th-cam.com/video/keY1pvZ93is/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ehpzeEarPws0QaGc
Most items seem quite expensive.
@@junedizer827 agree. Should be higher quality
