Dental skills can be learnt. Most of what is used in practice is not based on what work you do in 4 years. So decision should be based whether you like working on patients or not. If you don't enjoy clinical work quit. If you enjoy it work hard and learn the skills needed..

I dont know if it genuine or not. If its only application you can go ahead and apply, no harm. But if they ask you for money dont pay anything. Most scams they ask you money for getting the job. Stay away from those. When did you pass out from BDS?
Hospital admin is more focused on hospital part that is operations, quality safety, marketing, planning as compared to health admin. Hospital admin would always have scope as long as we have hospitals. Only thing you should be sure you will enjoy working in a hospital set up. But why MBA if BDS? Do BDS if you will enjoy working on patients. If you plan to do MBA why do 5 years of dentistry. The reason we giving non clinical options after BDS is for people who realize it late. Those who do BDS and then feel they don't enjoy it. It is better to change careers than be unhappy. But why do you want to do BDS if you already planning to get into MBA?
@@kaizendental Actually I love the medical related career options more than engineering. But I don't want to get admission in simple bsc (hons) degree. I will surely do MDS if I qualify for that in government colleges or affordable private colleges. But if the fees of private colleges be very high then I will not be able to do that. That's why I wish to keep a second option. I actually want myself to see as a doctor 😊

Currently mph jobs are scarce. Not just in India. Last year the government changed some rules effecting NGOs. That plus slowdown and pandemic have decreased the job options currently..
Dentists are practising facial cosmetology after BDS. So far no statement from the government. But pure dermatology I don't think you will be allowed after BDS.. if someone complains action might be taken..

At the age of 18 some take BDS due to peer pressure, not getting into MBBS or not knowing about BDS. So later they decide to change their career. Continuing in a field you don't enjoy just because you spent 5 years already might not be the right approach. There are others who enjoy dentistry and continue practising it.

Yes you can give ssc cgl exam. It requires bachelor's degree in any field. BDS is a bachelor's degree. Age limit is 18 to 32. So you will have to clear the exam before that. Are you done with bds?

It varies there was a time people were going for free to college and working as a staff to get experience. The salaries vary a lot depending upon area. City colleges get staff easily so usually pay less while those in villages pay better. So can't tell you an exact number or range.

Post dentistry situation is not great currently due to number of dentists graduating. So only do dentistry if you are willing to work on patients and go through the grind. Talk to a few dentists before you decide. NEET exams for the medical field help you get admission into MBBS, BDS, etc.

It varies there was a time people were going for free to college and working as a staff to get experience. The salaries vary a lot depending upon area. City colleges get staff easily so usually pay less while those in villages pay better.
So can't tell you an exact number or range.

Post dentistry situation is not great currently due to number of dentists graduating.
So only do dentistry if you are willing to work on patients and go through the grind. Talk to a few dentists before you decide.
